Sweet Summer in Paris A few of my favorite addresses to know…
Summer in Paris means crowded terraces, picnics along La Seine, and a dizzying array of decadent things to eat! Here is a list of a few of my favorite addresses to find something sweet on your next summer holiday to the city of light.

1. La Fontaine de Mars-129 Rue Saint-Dominique, 75007
A classic bistro in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower complete with striped awnings, a large terrace facing a cooling fountain and the best pistachio sabayon with strawberries I have ever had!
2. Cour des Vosges-19 Place des Vosges, 75004
Underneath the arches of the beautiful Place des Vosges you’ll find the charming tea salon, “Cour des Vosges”. I suggest taking an afternoon tea with views looking out on the garden alongside delectable pastries by Yann Brys.

3. Le Grand Vefour-17 Rue de Beaujolais, 75001
Le Grand Vefour is not only one of the oldest restaurants in Paris but surely one of the most beautiful. Chef Guy Martin only recently launched afternoon tea in the historic venue that dates to the 1700s. Be sure to make a reservation in advance during the summer season as it tends to get busy. Dine en terrasse surrounded by the garden of the Palais Royal or sit inside the opulent rooms of the restaurant.

4. Fabula-16 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, 75004
A new spot in Paris to soak up the summer sun has arrived in the garden courtyard of the Musée Carnavalet in Le Marais. During the day you can help yourself to snacks, coffee, iced teas and dessert, by evening the space transforms into an 3 outdoor restaurant serving Michelin starred cuisine by Thibaut Spiwack with cocktails by Nico de Soto.
